MJM Planning does not charge for the first hour of consultation, whether this results in a formal appointment or not.

Some jobs will involve a site visit, or the submission of further information by the client.

Once it is established that Mick is able to assist you, he will prepare a Proposal which gives an estimate of likely costs. This will be accompanied by an Agreement for your completion.

MJM Planning usually charges on a time and expenses basis.

From July 2011 Mick's fees are £120 per hour.
