MJM Planning
was appointed by the owner of a Grade I Listed Building
in West Yorkshire, to review the outcome of an enforcement
appeal and advise on possible ways forward. The appeal
concerned the unauthorised erection of a new outbuilding
within the curtilage of the Listed Building. MJM Planning
assessed the options available to the Client including
Judicial Review. Matters were resolved so that the
Client and his family finally gained peace of mind
and the local Planning Authority were satisfied as
well.
