to a Development Plan Modification to Remove Land from
the Green Belt (for Housing Development), West Yorkshire |

MJM Planning
was appointed by the Heaton township association to
object to post inquiry modifications to the Bradford
Unitary Development Plan. The Council proposed accepting
an Inspector's recommendation to delete a green field
site from the City's Green Belt and instead support
it's development for housing use. MJM Planning prepared
and submitted an objection to the satisfaction of
the clients, which questioned the legal and technical
basis for the inspector's recommendation.
