MJM Planning
was consulted by a private Client to provide initial
advice on the planning issues surrounding the installation
of external floodlighting at a rural golf driving
range. The Client was interested in purchasing the
business and wanted to extend its hours of operation
through the use of floodlighting. Without planning
permission for such a development, the idea would
not be possible and the Client needed to know if the
proposal was feasible. MJM Planning advised the Client
on the planning and development issues that would
have a bearing on his chances of obtaining planning
permission.
