Land to Residential Garden on the edge of a Village,
North Yorkshire

MJM Planning
was appointed by a private Client to advise on the
planning issues surrounding the possible incorporation
of farmland into his garden. The Client wanted to
extend his residential curtilage in order facilitate
the alteration and enlargement of his dwellinghouse.
These changes were dependent on changing the means
of access to his rear garden. This in turn required
his garden ground and boundaries to be modified. MJM
advised on the best means for the Client to achieve
his objectives.
