MJM Planning was appointed by a private Client to advise on all aspects of the preparation and submission of a planning application to substantially extend a former coach house of considerable character set in metropolitan greenspace. The Client’s main objective was to increase the value of the property by adding extra bedroom space at first floor level. MJM Planning was responsible for all pre-application and plan submission work.
