to a Planning Application for Large-scale Housing development,
established residential suburb, Bradford |

MJM Planning
was approached by a local residents group to help
them assess an application for high density housing
development within their neighbourhood. Following
Mick’s appraisal it was decided that the scheme
was inappropriate for the local context and that a
representation would be reasonable.
Mick assisted the group frame a well-founded submission
and its case for presentation at the Planning Committee.
The Planning Application was refused by the City Council’s
councillors as a result of the submission, much to
the relief of all the neighbours.
