MJM Planning
was appointed to prepare a planning application to
secure planning permission for a residential conversion
scheme on the fringe of a small West Yorkshire hamlet
in the Green Belt. This involved production of a Flood
Risk Assessment, co-ordination of ecological, ornithological,
structural and contamination surveys, carrying out
pre-application consultation with a range of stakeholders
and the production of a comprehensive Design and Access
Statement.
