of planning permission to replace a house in a Green
Belt and Conservation Area village in North Yorkshire.
Mick reviewed the refusal and devised a new set of
development principles for the site’s redevelopment.
A successful solution was formulated to satisfy both
Green Belt and Conservation Area policies.
