Following the refusal of a controversial developer-led planning application, MJM Planning was called in to represent the landowner client. MJM Planning negotiated a new, more acceptable proposal including consultations with officers of the local planning authority and the local Parish Council together with a presentation to the Planning Committee.
The new application sailed through, avoiding a costly appeal. All parties were greatly satisfied with the outcome.
